Professional compliance and safety

Where projects require it, MJM Building Services Ltd can fulfil the role of Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations, helping to ensure that health and safety risks are properly considered and managed throughout the design and construction process — taking that responsibility off your shoulders and giving you peace of mind.

We also work closely with your architect and other consultants to ensure the design, compliance and construction stages are fully coordinated and communicated from the outset.

Our aim is simple — to make your project run smoothly, avoid costly surprises, and help you achieve a high-quality result without unnecessary stress.

All of our work is covered by indemnity insurance and we guarantee our workmanship for 12 months with a free inspection after 3 months to give you peace of mind.
